Hi there! I’m Aleks and I am excited fate has brought us together. Photographing people, and helping them shine is the absolute best time for me and I am convinced taking pictures equals making memories. And I love taking pictures, especially portraits, lifestyle family photos, babies, maternity, engagements, and elopements. Once my sprinkle of photographic magic and your happy face meet, there’s no stopping us!

A few words about what I’m about personally. I was born on the peninsula of Crimea and soaked in all of its salty sea and mystical mountains up until my move to the States in my twenties. I now live in Northern Virginia with my daughter Sonia, my husband Sergey and Truffles, our pug. I’m a die-hard optimist, an enthusiastic amateur hiker, and always down for a beach trip.
